Common questions

Everything bulk buyers ask us

Orders & minimum quantity

The minimum order is 100 bags for all Bandaru and Kubera products. Bags are packed in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 26 kg.

This website is for bulk supply to traders, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers — not single-bag retail. Long-term dealer partnerships start from 5 tonnes.

No — this site is built for bulk buyers. Families can find Bandaru and Kubera packs at authorised traders and retail counters near you. To open a trade account, use the Become a Trader form.

Yes, subject to lot availability. A mixed first order is often 50 + 50 of two varieties. Mention your preferred split in the enquiry — we confirm what can load together before you transfer payment.

Products & brands

Bandaru is the house brand — seven packs led by HMT, then JSR Lachkari Kolam, JSR Black, Dampudu Biyyam, Chitti Muthyalu Rice, Sona Masuri, and Broken Rice.

Kubera is the premium brand — three packs: HMT, JSR Lachkari Kolam, and JSR Classic. Same mill, richer presentation.

Start with Bandaru HMT — our best-moving pack. Add JSR Lachkari Kolam next. Once the first 100-bag lot moves, expand to JSR Black, Dampudu Biyyam, Sona Masuri, or step up to Kubera for premium counters.

Trade, delivery & payment

Trader partnerships are currently focused on Hyderabad and surrounding areas. We are planning to expand into more areas in the coming future — fresh updates will be posted on this website as coverage grows. For bulk dispatch questions outside this area, share your location on the enquiry form and our trade desk will advise.

Open the Become a Trader page and tell us your market in Hyderabad / surroundings, expected monthly volume, and preferred varieties. Our trade desk reviews the enquiry and calls you with lot availability, pricing, and the first-order process. More service areas are planned for the coming future — updates will be posted on the website.

First orders are typically advance or against proforma invoice. Regular traders may receive credit terms after a trading history is established. Details are discussed on the trade call.

Quality & contact

Paddy is collected from trusted local farmers, then cleaned, milled, graded, and aged under mill supervision. We check grain colour, brokens, moisture, and a cooked sample before bagging.

Quality packaging and efficient warehousing protect the grain until dispatch. Lot details travel with the dispatch note.
