Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before using this website or placing a bulk order.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Bandaru Agrotech Private Limited and Bandaru Rice Mill, trading as Bandaru Rice Company. By using this website, contacting us, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. GSTIN: 36AAMCB9464C1ZG.

2. Website use

The website is provided to introduce our rice brands, products, mill, and bulk-trade services. You may view and use it for a genuine business enquiry. You must not misuse the website, submit misleading information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for a competing or unrelated commercial purpose.

3. Bulk supply and minimums

Our website is aimed at traders, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers. The usual minimum order is 100 bags. Dealer partnerships generally start at 5 tonnes. Available pack sizes are normally 5 kg, 10 kg, and 26 kg; Broken Rice is offered in 26 kg packs only. Availability, pack sizes, service areas, and minimums may vary by product and lot.

4. Product information and availability

Product names, photographs, descriptions, variety information, and blog content are for general information. Grain appearance, aroma, cooking result, packaging, and availability can vary by lot, season, and market. Website content is not a guarantee of a particular lot. The written quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation for your order takes priority.

5. Enquiries are not orders

A contact form or trader enquiry is only a request for information and does not reserve stock or create a contract. An order becomes binding only when Bandaru Rice Company confirms it in writing and the buyer accepts the stated brand, variety, quantity, price, taxes, payment, dispatch, and delivery terms.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are quoted according to the product, lot, quantity, destination, taxes, and transport arrangements. Any price discussed on this website, by phone, or by message is indicative until confirmed in writing. Payment terms, including any advance or proforma requirement, are those stated in the order confirmation. Applicable GST and other lawful charges are payable by the buyer unless the confirmation says otherwise.

7. Delivery and inspection

Dispatch dates depend on stock readiness, payment clearance, vehicle availability, and other practical conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed as such. The buyer should inspect bags and quantities at unloading and record shortages or visible transport damage on the delivery documents where possible.

8. Quality claims, returns, and cancellations

Report shortage, damage, or a quality concern promptly to info@bandarurice.com, including the invoice or order reference, photographs, bag markings, and a sample where relevant. Do not dispose of the affected product before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review it. Returns, replacements, credits, and cancellations are subject to the applicable order confirmation and the facts of the claim; they are not automatic because a lot differs from a photograph or general website description.

9. Trader relationships

Becoming a trader or making an enquiry does not create exclusivity, a territory, an agency, a franchise, or authority to represent Bandaru Rice Company. Any special dealership or distribution arrangement must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

10. Intellectual property

The Bandaru and Kubera names, logos, pack designs, photographs, text, and other website materials belong to Bandaru Agrotech Private Limited or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission. Third-party names and links remain the property of their owners.

11. Third-party links and availability

The website may link to WhatsApp, social networks, maps, and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. We may update, suspend, or remove website features without notice.

12. Liability and force majeure

We are not responsible for a decision made solely from website content, nor for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, weather, labour disruption, government action, power or network failure, or changes in supply. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the place of the relevant Bandaru Rice Company operation, unless a written order or agreement states otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
